Boarding Cancellation Policy
At Pine Hill Kennel, we understand that plans sometimes change. To ensure fairness to all clients and allow us to accommodate as many dogs as possible, we have established the following cancellation policy.
Standard Reservations: 72 hours or more notice prior to reservation start date: No Cancellation fee. Less than 72 hours notice: A cancellation fee equal to two days of boarding will apply.
Holiday Reservations: 72 hours or more notice prior to reservation start date: No Cancellation fee. Less than 72 hours notice: A 25% cancellation fee of the total reservation will apply.
No-Show Policy: Clients who fail to arrive for their scheduled reservation without prior notice will be charged the FULL cost of the scheduled stay.
